Spring Break was great, but how do your knees, back, and shoulders feel after traveling?

Writer: Katie ParisouKatie Parisou

We all look forward to getting away on vacation.  New cities, fun activities, and no work for a few days.  Along with the good, comes the sometimes not so good.  Airplane seats are never comfortable.  Hotel beds are too hard, the pillows too soft and flat.  Hours of driving in the car makes your low back ache, your knee throb.  Getting away is sometimes exhausting, even when it’s all we ever want to do.  If you traveled recently, you probably need a massage.

If you have been to see me, you know how restorative an hour on the massage table is.  While that hour goes by way too fast, it is always amazing how much better you feel after just sixty minutes.  Book your next session today, and ease those aches and pains away.
